Jackie works with me to ensure that all closing transactions are as smooth as possible. She ensures that all details are tended to, such as reviewing contracts, gathering information and following the file through to closing, following up with the lender, scheduling inspections (and following up to ensure all work is complete), working with loan officers, and finally getting everyone to closing.

Jackie consistently follows up on all steps involved in the closing process. She coordinates communications and keeps me informed on the progress of all transactions, monitors and facilitates all aspects of each closing, and answers questions that may arise.

This is not the only factor considered in determining the worth of a property, but it is an important one. The buyer or seller may view the property as a home or an investment, but lenders view it in a completely different way. To a lender, property means security in the event a borrower fails to repay a mortgage. Therefore, lenders must know real estate values in order to limit their risks.
